Business Care

Everything in Remote Care, plus:
- 1x scheduled onsite visit per month
- Standard SLA (2 hrs)
- Quarterly IT review
- Account manager check-in
Exclusions
- Additional onsite visit
- Out-of-hours
- Project work (inc changes to servers)
- Compliance & advanced security
- Licensing (MS, AV, etc.)
Premium Care
Inclusions
Everything in Business Care, plus:
- 2x scheduled onsite visit per month
- Priority 1-hour SLA
- Proactive maintenance
- Bi-monthly strategy review
- Trusted Purchase Support
Exclusions
- Additional onsite visit
- Out-of-hours
- Project work (inc changes to servers)
- Compliance consultancy
- Licensing (MS, AV, etc.)

Step 2 – As part of your initial consultation we will identify your Environment Complexity

| Level 1 – Simple | £150.00 | Single office, cloud first, minimal infrastructure |
| Level 2 – Moderate | £400.00 | 1-2 servers/SAN, firewall, basic infrastructure |
| Level 3 – Complex | £1,200.00 | Multiple servers, VPNs, complex infrastructure |
| Level 4 – Enterprise | £2,000.00 | Multi-site – Complex infrastructure, compliance – heavy |
All tiers include basic management of hardware, infrastructure and cloud systems. If your systems are in need of an update to meet certain standards we will let you know during our initial consultation. To gain access to additional management support please see our “Optional Support Plan Extras”(below)

Backup & Recovery
Bespoke Disaster Recovery Policy, monthly Backup & Recovery tests and documented compliance. (Software costs not included)

Cyber Confidence Pack
Device configuration to Cyber Essentials Standards and bespoke Cyber Security Policy
Cloud Infrastructure Development
Development of you current cloud infrastructure and cloud security (either Microsoft 365 tenancy or Google Workspace tenancy)
Intune Infrastructure Development
Development of you current Intune infrastructure and security
ICO Cyber Compliance Pack
Update and compliance policy management to meet ICO Cyber Investigations requirements, includes device updates, software updates and patch management. Also includes MFA management through Microsoft 365/Google Workspace and review of 3rd party cloud access.
Desktop/EPOS Device Management
Full desktop support from Anti virus to web filtering or a Laptop to your EPOS Devices we have it covered.
